Northern SLF is a publicly owned landfill in Westminster, Carroll County, Maryland. It is operated by Carroll County, MD. The site opened in 1988 and is expected to keep accepting waste until about 2043. It took in about 9,145 tons of waste in 2009, making it the No. 15 of 17 reporting landfills in Maryland by volume.
